I shot this picture whilst staying in a hut above the beautiful Sipi Falls in Uganda.

Sipi Falls is the starting point for many hikes up Mt.Elgon in Eastern Uganda, an area  famous for locally grown Bugisu Arabica coffee which only grows at altitude. A lush and magical place with wonderful sights, sounds and smells.

Mutatus (a privately owned minibus) are shared taxis, often decorated with portraits of famous people or slogans like this one.

Uganda, commonly known as The Pearl of Africa, is the second largest land-locked country in the world, famous for its diverse landscape - from the shores of the vast Lake Victoria to the snow capped Ruwenzori Mountains.

Shot early morning at Kampala bus station, Uganda - hundreds of Mutatus (privately owned minibus) line up to collect their passengers.

What seems at first to be absolute chaos and disorder and amongst a cacophony of noise and diesel fumes - the matatu drivers have a system that allows everyone to get the right bus out of town. Overwhelming to navigate at first, once you get the hang of it - it's an exciting start to your day.

Shot whilst watching a dance performance in a local village in rural Uganda. These beautiful children were fascinated by every little movement I made.
