Taken early in the morning at the world famous Pushkar Camel Fair in Rajastan, Northern India, this camel trader is wearing a traditionally colourful turban and smoking a hand rolled bidi.
Held each November on the full moon, Pushkar Camel Fair is a spectacle of vibrant colours, smells and traditions. Thousands of nomadic traders come together from all over the region to buy and sell their camels at one of the last great traditional melas.
